Tru-Tek Fence Wizard

The Tru-Tek Fence Wizard is a self-contained fence energizer with built in monitoring unit, fence voltage indicator, battery and battery charging system combined in one unit for ease of installation and wiring. The unit is designed  to be used on installations where it is desirable to monitor the fence for broken wires and short circuits.

The Fence Wizard has a built-in buzzer and can be connected to an external siren, floodlights and telephone dialing equipment.

Control of the Fence Wizard from outside the property is made possible by installing the Tru-Tek remote control transmitter and receiver kit

Tru-Tek 220v Mains operated Fence Energizer

The Tru-Tek mains  operated energizer supplies a non lethal pulse of 10,000 volts to the fence once a second. these units have been in use since 1991 and have proven themselves in the field as reliable energizers with low maintenance cost

output of the units conform to the legal requirements as published in the Government Gazette 12 Aug 1988 and has been independently tested by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Port Elizabeth Technical college as well as the SABS (Test reports available.)

Power consumption of the unit is a surprisingly low 5 Watt. (i.e. 20 energizers will draw the same power as a single 100w light bulb!)

Tru-Tek Battery operated Fence Energizer - 12v

The Tru-Tek battery operated fence energizer is identical to the Mains model except that the Printed circuit board and output transformer windings has been designed to operate from a 12v battery.

Power consumption of the battery unit is 0,8A and the unit is ideal for use where mains is unavailable or impractical. The unit is compatible with solar panels provided the panels are fitted with regulators which will not exceed 13.8volt.

Tru-Tek Bar-graph Fence Voltage Meter

The Tru-Tek Fence Meter displays the fence voltage on a bar-graph display with 10 LEDs - each LED representing 1000 volts

The meter has great value for fault tracing and general maintenance on electric fences

Tru-Tek Pixie monitoring unit

Tru-Tek Pixie monitoring unit connected to the fence will warn you if a wire is broken or cut or if the fence wires are shorted. Fence voltage is displayed continually on the unit. The Pixie has a built in buzzer and output terminals to drive an external siren. The unit is supplied with a 2-metre long battery cable to allow for placing the battery in the ceiling or inside a closet. The Pixie contains a built in charger to keep the battery in top condition.

The Pixie has a built-in buzzer and can be connected to an external siren, floodlights and telephone dialing equipment. 

Control of the Pixie from outside the property is made possible by installing the Tru-Tek remote control transmitter and receiver kit.

Inverter 12v battery to 220v AC

This innovative product allows you to operate your 220v mains operated energizer from a 12 volt battery!

The inverter is designed for Tru-Tek energizers only and is not suitable for any other purpose

Remote control kit

The kit consists of 2 key ring remote control transmitters and a receiver, which is installed at the control unit. Each set is programmed with it's own unique code.

The remote control kit is compatible with the Fence Wizard and Pixie units.

Other uses for the remote control kit include electric gates, garage doors, lights or panic alarms.

Floodlight Relay

The Tru-Tek Floodlight Relay provides an interface between the 12v output from the monitoring systems to the 220v mains supply and can switch a load of up to 1000 Watt.

Used with the Pixie or Fence Wizard, the Floodlights will come on and stay on as long as the siren is active.

Floodlights must be installed and/or connected by a qualified electrician as they form part of the electrical installation of the premises
